What do you mean by hand-painted?
All of our pieces are designed, painted, and made by one of us in our very own studio. No Charlotte Lane products are ever printed, which makes each very special and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in products make occur, because let’s face it, nobody is perfect.
Do you do custom work?
We do offer custom items and absolutely love creating something new for our clients. However, we choose not to directly copy any designs, even our own. Each new custom set is completely unique and inspired. If you’re interested in custom work, please contact us to learn more about the process.
How long do you products take to ship?
Once we receive an order, we get to work making your goodies. Therefore, please allow 5-7 business days for your product to be created and dropped in the mail to you. We promise, it’s worth the wait. Note: Custom pieces and some items may take longer. If we need more time to complete your order, we will notify you immediately.
How much for printed stationery?
That’s a loaded question. We don’t print any pieces. Each product is handmade.
I saw the Velveteen Rabbit invitation Suite on Style Me Pretty, how can I order those?
This set is one of our very favorites. However, for every stationery suite we make, we customize the design to be completely unique for each client. If you’re interested in a custom order, please contact us and we will explain the process. We have a maximum order of 75 sets.
Where can I buy Charlotte Lane products in stores?
As we are brand spankin’ new, Charlotte Lane products are not yet available in stores. However, we occasionally host pop-up shops in and around the Atlanta-area. Additionally, you can find us on Art to Aid, where 25% of Charlotte Lane purchases there directly benefits Angels Among Us.
